Thank you for shopping at Minimalist Avenue. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our personalized jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to ensure your satisfaction:

Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return an item within 30 days of receipt.
    Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
    Exceptions: Customized or engraved items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned. However, if your personalized piece arrives with a mistake or defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
    Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    Timing: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@minimalistavenue.com and send your item to the address provided.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Address: Please contact our customer service at info@minimalistavenue.com for the return address.
    Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Advice: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
